At Plump Jewellery, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently, both domestically and internationally. Please review our shipping guidelines below for more details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand and to the following international destinations:

  • Hong Kong
  • Japan
  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
  • Canada, United States

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (New Zealand):

    • North Island: $10 flat rate
    • South Island: $5 flat rate
    • Rural Delivery: $15 flat rate
    • Christchurch City Drop-Off: Free

Free Shipping for orders over $100 within New Zealand.

  • International: $35 flat rate

Free Shipping for international orders over $200.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within two working days of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (New Zealand):
    • North and South Islands: 2–3 business days
    • Rural Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination country and any potential customs delays.

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking where available. You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Restrictions

  • International orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address.
  • If your country is not on our standard list, contact us at hey@plumpjewellery.co.nz to explore shipment options.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hey@plumpjewellery.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your shipment email, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
